Play the ownership game ‘We Own The School’
The boardgame ‘We Own the School’ (WOTS) is a working method that helps pupils, teachers and school leaders talk about ownership together. The aim of the game is to start a conversation on ‘ownership of learning’ and how the school can stimulate this. According to the schools that developed the game, teachers and pupils who experience ownership are more motivated. The game is an instrument to initiate and increase ownership within the school.
